Yamabala Lubricant is very suitable for use in a variety of mechanical and electrical components. Including which operate in high temperature and corrosive chemical environment for a long time. Non-carbonising:

Yamabala Lubricants evaporate very clean and will not remain carbonized sediments, even operating in frequent high-current switching or continuous use in high-temperature environments.

Yamabala Lubricants evaporate slowly, even in a vacuum or high-temperature environment. This series of products can be super-durable compared to traditional lubricants.

Yamabala Lubricants can resist all industrial chemicals including Acid, chlorine, and oxygen. Yamabala unmatched material compatibility makes this product ideal for lubricating all plastic and rubber components including those susceptible to lubricant or solvent damage.

∗ Wide working temperature range:

Yamabala lubricants oil and lubricants grease both have a high viscosity index and the usable temperature is from the lowest 90°C to the highest 400°C depending on the grade of the product.

∗ Excellent electronic nature:

Yamabala Series of products is insulated and will not affect the electromechanical function. This product will not hinder the existing current through as we apply a very thin layer of grease to two very close metal joints.

∗ Excellent anti-wear properties:

Yamabala Lubricants provide excellent anti-wear protection and can dramatically prolong its lifetime.

Anti-corrosion

Yamabala Lubricants protect against corrosion and minimize the impact on corrosive environments. When it is coated on a gold metal plate connector, it can protect the sub-layer of corrosion resistance with its permeability structure.

Avoid Scratched and Corrosion 

Coupled with the atmosphere of corrosion, metal plate connectors also tend to scratch corrosion resulting in sub-layer metal oxidation. A lubricant film can minimize the chance of metal contact to metal directly during vibration.

Yamabala Non-flammable manufacturing technology

Grease will be oxidized in electric arc environment and cause serious problems to low load / low current use. Yamabala can exclude the problems caused by oxidation on the basis of the manufacturing technology of fluorinated polymers that will not burn.
