The Fomblin® W grease series is formulated with perfluoropolyether (PFPE) and a proprietary additive (DA), offering outstanding anti-wear, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, and chemical stability in both acidic and alkaline environments. It provides superior rust protection and lubrication performance, with reduced metal wear debris, excellent sealing properties, and extremely low volatility. It is suitable for both high-speed and low-speed applications, resolving common grease issues such as discoloration, noise increase, and lack of water resistance, while maintaining moisture tolerance.
Fomblin® W greases are widely used in cleanrooms, single-felt machine roller bearings, preheating cylinders, chain bearings in dyeing and finishing machines, calender roller bearings, high-speed spindle bearings in machine tools, ball screw mechanisms, thermal oil pumps in plastic injection molding machines, and conveyor roller bearings in paint curing ovens and dryers.
Compared with the Fomblin® Y series, the Fomblin® W lubricating oils offer lower viscosity, higher viscosity index, and lower pour points. They are suitable for a wide range of high- and low-temperature environments and are commonly applied in chemical processing equipment, electronics, automotive, semiconductors, oil-impregnated bearings, ovens, SF6 circuit breakers, various electronic devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chemical cleaning systems, and precision machinery.
