Product Number:Fomblin® Y HVAC 140/13
Fomblin® Y HVAC 140/13: Fomblin® Y lubricating grease is a white, homogenized grease known for its outstanding oxidation and chemical resistance. It is fully compatible with materials such as glass, metals, elastomers, plastics, and ceramics, and retains its properties across a wide range of high and low temperatures.

Fomblin® PFPE Perfluoropolyether Vacuum Pump Fluid – Y HVAC 140/13
Perfluoropolyether Vacuum Pump Fluid
Product Description
Benefits of Using Fomblin® Y HVAC Fluids in Diffusion Pumps:
- Do not polymerize when exposed to oxygen, ionizing radiation, or accelerated subatomic particles. The system remains free from varnish and decomposition residues.
- Non-flammable
- Resistant to oxidative explosions – the hot fluid can be repeatedly exposed to air during pump operation without degradation.
- Chemically inert to most reactive substances – compatible with direct contact with UF₆, F₂, PCI₃, BF₃, etc., without damage to the fluid.
Fomblin® Y HVAC fluids are specially developed to combine a narrow molecular weight distribution and controlled viscosity with extremely low vapor pressure. As a result, they deliver exceptional performance in high vacuum applications, especially in systems exposed to corrosive gases.
