Product Description
Fomblin® Y greases are white, homogenized lubricants with outstanding oxidation and chemical resistance. They are fully compatible with glass, metals, rubber elastomers, plastics, and ceramics, and maintain their properties even under extreme temperature variations.
Fomblin® Y greases can operate in the presence of water, oil, steam, as well as common organic compounds and solvents, without hydrolysis, corrosion, dissolution, or degradation, and offer excellent anti-vibration corrosion resistance. Applications include low-temperature refrigeration systems, optical instruments, precision devices, semiconductors, corrugators, textile machinery, hot air motor bearings, packaging machinery, printing plate manufacturing, heat-setting machines, painting lines, conveyor systems, and various vacuum-driven equipment.
Fomblin® Y lubricants are mainly used in harsh conditions involving high temperatures, heavy loads, and especially in cleanroom environments requiring permanent lubrication.
