Conventional bearing greases tend to either melt or harden at high temperatures, and at low temperatures, they become too viscous, increasing bearing resistance and impairing lubrication. An effective bearing grease should be engineered to perform reliably across a wide temperature range. Specialized bearing greases are formulated to function in both low- and high-temperature environments. Yamabala® ultra-high temperature fluorinated grease offers outstanding thermal stability, with resistance to acidic or corrosive substances, steam, and moisture—even under high heat—without chemical reaction, thereby preventing damage and ensuring long-lasting lubrication.Yamabala’s advanced fluorinated grease remains stable from -90°C to 400°C, far surpassing the performance of conventional lubricants. Unlike traditional greases, it does not degrade or oxidize under extreme temperatures, which can otherwise lead to equipment failure. Yamabala’s micron-level impregnated film technology exhibits superior resistance to temperature extremes compared to currently available dry coatings or conventional greases.
